Together since 1969, the Wilson family and Chevrolet have been an unstoppable team. Opened in Orillia in 1992, Jim acquired his own Chevrolet store, adding on the brands Pontiac, Buick, and GMC in 2006. Since then, Jim Wilson Chevrolet Buick GMC has been the leadership dealership in Orillia and surrounding area. Winning numerous awards in skill and customer service, Jim Wilson Chevrolet Buick GMC has the team to get things done! Over the years, Jim Wilson Chevrolet Buick GMC has held a huge presence in Orillia and surrounding area, with sponsorships of local sports teams, donations to the Orillia Opera House, in addition to a massive 150000 dollar donation towards the Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital improvement initiative that every staff member contributed to. Jim himself has always been an innovator in our community serving on many local boards such as Chamber of Commerce and the Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital Foundation, in addition to many industry related boards as well. All of this was reflected when he was the first recipient to be honoured with the Bill Swinimer Business Achievment award in 2001.
