2020 Buick Encore

I just purchased a 2020 Buick Encore. It’s my first brand new car. Rob Gravelle is wonderful. He spent over an hour with me going over the car’s infotainment system, paring my phone and making sure I felt confident in using all of the car’s features. KarLee the Finance Manager is just as wonderful, she takes the time to explain everything. Everyone at the dealership, from the receptionists to parts department go above and beyond to make sure you are a happy customer.
